Financial information is individually tailored to include their estimated out of pocket fee depending on their health fund. We also obtain consent for their fees, including for the full fee if their health fund claim is rejected. Our extensive experience mean that patients are well informed and understand that fee estimates are exactly that – so no matter what happens you get paid and paid quickly!
Finalise your accounts directly onto the Billumbra app in a few taps. You can also add additional patients by taking a photo of almost anything!
If you prefer the paper method, simply add your patient sticker onto our super-easy Solo Practice Management Billing Sheet and send it through to our team. We will then submit health fund claims and invoice the patient or their third-party insurer.
We’ll take care of the rest, submitting your accounts to health funds and Workcover and invoicing the patient for any applicable gap. Over half of our patients pay on the same day they receive their invoice!
