We aim to have billing submitted within 2 business days with a confirmation report of expected billings emailed to you. Everything is submitted electronically to insurers and patients to ensure the proceeds hit your bank account ASAP.
Patients receive an introduction from you as well as information about their anaesthetic providing a positive, reassuring start to their anaesthetic experience.
We check patient’s insurance prior to their anaesthetic. Informed Financial Consent and patient pre-payments on request and included complimentary.
Billing for gap, no-gap, workcover, third-party and all other accounts. Health fund remittances paid directly to you.
No accounts left behind. We pride ourselves on our ability to minimise the risk of unpaid accounts and follow up every account until you’re satisfied.
Complimentary completion of initial health fund paperwork. We’ll get you set up in no time.
Competitive per account fees with our unique fee structure. No initial set up or ongoing monthly fees.
Monthly and quarterly reports to assist with reconciliation and accounting requirements.
Friendly and efficient administrative staff who are experts in anaesthetic and intensive care billing.

We believe transparency is front and foremost in this industry

So here are our fees upfront and we believe they’re the fairest out there. We know what you make per case can vary wildly, from the no-gap colonoscopy to the all-day workcover case so we came up with a fee structure to make sure you’re not gouged with fees regardless of the case.

 

We charge 4.7% for each case you do, capped at $30 for no-gap and $50 for everything else so you know you’re always getting great value. Here are some examples to prove it:
